by Lori Guth Moffett, UZIT alumni July 22, 2013 Lori Guth Moffett discovered yoga in 1993 and fell deeply in the love with the practice. Since 2004 she has been teaching restorative yoga and Reiki to students from all walks of
life. Lori’s motto
is: “Slow down, do less, to be more.” In 2010, Lori completed Donna Karan’s Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program in New York City. As an Urban Zen Master Teacher, Lori is part of the Ohio team bringing UZIT into hospital settings including Wexner Heritage Village and Wexner Medical Center at Ohio State University. She will be teaching the essential oil therapy portion of the UZIT training this fall viagra when it launches at Yoga on High. Lori lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband Jay and their dog, Lily Roo. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering with the Women’s Fund of Central Ohio, traveling, and spending time in nature.
